We collect information to provide quotes, process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
We will not share your information for marketing purposes with parties outside our company apart from where it is necessary to deliver the services purchased.
Where credit card details are provided over the phone for payment these are not held after processing and are immediately destroyed. Other general correspondence which is not necessary to keep as part of our statutory obligations such as accounts is routinely destroyed by a licenced contractor and we are issued a certificate to say this has been undertaken.
We regularly review the security of our computer system to protect against fraudulent access to information. Any information given to third parties will only be given where they adopt the same standard of protection under their own GDPR policy.
We do not pass any details to third party marketing companies but may use testimonials and photos from jobs on our websites after seeking the customers approval. The customer has the right to ask us to remove these at any time by contacting us at the address at the bottom of this policy document.
