FrontRow™ Home Cinema seating uses a two man delivery team (mainland UK only) who will deliver your seats into your chosen room and unpack them ready for linking together. Packaging will then removed by them on request.

Should your seats arrive before your room has been finished we can hold the seats in our secure warehouse until you are ready to receive them. A small charge will be made for storage.

For international deliveries or outside mainland UK a door-to- door pallet service is available to the customer or freight forwarders.

FrontRow™ home cinema seating is very competitively priced and are of a similar (if not better) quality than many competitive products. All leather seats are full leather and all mechanisms and frame are high quality. This is why we can offer a comprehensive 5 years warranty included in the price which also includes accidental damage (terms and conditions apply).

What sort of layouts can I make up?

Layout Options

Because the FrontRow™ Classic, Serenity and Prima home cinema seating is modular design there are an infinite number of seating plans that can be created to ensure you get the correct layout for your room whether it is single seat or straight / curved multiple rows. The Modern range has a large number of corner combinations as well as single chairs and settees.

Can you help with designing a suitable layout for my room?

Design Service

Once we are provided with the room dimensions, screen size and viewing distance we can recommend a seating plan suitable for your room. This will include ideal heights of raised platforms which may be required for multiple row installations. On the Classic and Serenity ranges, we now have full sized paper templates as well as scaled CAD files. The paper templates are particularly useful where space is tight or where raised plinths are being constructed.

I require some detailed measurements of all the seating modules?

All the individual modular measurements are provided within our site. These also include reclined measurements ideal for calculating multiple row applications.

How high do I need to make a platform for multiple seat rows?

The height of the platform is normally raised between 20 – 30cms per row with the front row situated on the standard floor level. The height of the platform is also calculated on the size and height of screen so that you maintain adequate line of sight.

Can you provide manual recliners?

Manual and battery operated recliners can be supplied by special order. Please call for further information and pricing. The most popular FrontRow seats are the mains electric version as the smooth reclining mechanism adds a real WOW factor to your room and ensures you can stop in your perfect viewing position.

Do I have a choice of colours and materials?

Colours and Materials

There are a large number of colours and grades of leather for FrontRow™ home cinema seating. A range of fabrics is also available including plain and patterned fabrics. The Prima is supplied in leather, however this is one model where we can use the client’s fabrics as long as there is no pattern.

Do you keep all colours and materials in stock?

Stock Items

Currently only black leather in the Classic range is kept in stock as this is the most popular line we sell. Other colours may take between 8 and 14 weeks depending on the time of year the order is placed and the model required.

Can I supply my own materials?

The only model currently where a customer’s fabric can be used is the Prima range. This can only be a plain material and not patterned.

What happens if I spill something on the seats or they suffer minor damage?

Warranty

As long as the seats are being used in a domestic environment and are in mainland UK the seats are covered by a comprehensive 5 year warranty. Professional upholsterers will make a home visit and clean, repair, or replace faulty parts.

How long will delivery take after I have placed my order?

Delivery

A specialist home delivery logistics centre will call and arrange a delivery date when they are in your area next. You will be given the option of a call from the drivers one hour before they arrive.

Will they install the seating once delivered?

Installation

The drivers/installers will take the seating into your chosen room and put them together. The only thing they are not allowed to do is to plug them into the socket. There is a 13amp plug so this is straightforward to do.

What happens with delivering to basements and attics?

For rooms accessed by stairs or more challenging access the seat backs can be removed by the delivery team for easier installation.do.

Do you provide any accessories for the seats?

We provide a range of accessories including a brushed stainless steel rotating tray and cupholder cap that neatly fits in to the existing inset cup holder and if you want the real wow factor tactile transducers can be fitted to the seat to give the viewer yet another dimension with feeling the rumbles you are watching!

Where should I position my power and what is the power consumption?

Power

All but one module is powered individually by a 36V power transformer. The 07 double seat module is powered by a single transformer with a dual cable input. All the transformers have a UK 3pin plug with a extended fly lead. All the cabling and transformers can be hidden under the seat as sufficient space is provided.
